Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using OneCloud BBS services or products. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are unable to use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms may be updated or modified from time to time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms.
2. Use of Services
2.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2.2 Account Registration. Some of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
2.3 User Content. You may submit, upload, or post content on our Services. By doing so, you grant OneCloud BBS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content in connection with our Services.
2.4 Prohibited Activities. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities: violating any applicable laws or regulations; impersonating another person or entity; uploading viruses or malicious code; interfering with the proper functioning of our Services; collecting or harvesting personal information from other users; or engaging in any activity that may harm OneCloud BBS or its users.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
4.1 No Warranty. Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
4.2 Limitation of Liability. OneCloud BBS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Services.
5. Termination
OneCloud BBS reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
